Rules and conditions for participating in the LeafCodes Affiliate Program.
Last Updated: June 2026The Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to refer potential software development clients to LeafCodes in exchange for eligible commissions.
Affiliates must provide accurate registration information, maintain a single account, and comply with all applicable laws.
A qualified lead must be a genuine business prospect that has not previously contacted LeafCodes and has expressed legitimate interest in our services.
If multiple affiliates submit the same company, credit will generally be awarded to the first qualified submission accepted by LeafCodes.
Eligible commissions are generally between 15% and 20% of the qualifying invoice value, subject to the individual affiliate agreement and any maximum payout limits.
Commissions become eligible only after the customer has signed an agreement, paid the qualifying invoice, and the sale has been verified.
Approved commissions are normally paid within the agreed payment cycle using Bank Transfer, Wise, PayPal, Stripe, or another approved payment method.
Commissions may be reduced or cancelled if the client receives a refund, fails to pay invoices, disputes the contract, or the referral is found to violate program rules.
Affiliates must keep confidential all client information, pricing, proposals, and any non-public business information received through the program.
Fake leads, self-referrals, spam, misleading advertising, trademark misuse, automated submissions, or any fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
LeafCodes may suspend or terminate participation at its discretion for violations of this Agreement or applicable law.
Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to commissions received under their local laws.
Questions regarding this Agreement may be sent to legal@LeafCodes.com.
